Veolia Water Technologies supplies a large range of Skid-mounted systems for drinking water treatment meeting the W.H.O recommendations.

The OPASCEP™ unit turns surface water into potable water for small and medium size cities :

Adaptable to any specific situations

OPASCEP™ may be supplemented by useful treatments in some specific cases such as manganese, arsenic, pesticides removal. It can also be provided as a mobile unit for temporary water treatment needs.

Certified ACS, The OPASCEP™ units use well-known and efficient technologies to produce high quality drinking water: coagulation, flocculation, lamellar clarification, pressure sand filtration, injection of calcium hypochlorite.

A complete treatment on one skid

The OPASCEP™ standard product range can treat from 10 up to 100 m3/h per unit. The OPASCEP™ systems can be combined to produce higher flow-rates.

Efficient filtration process

The OPASCEP™ unit comprises a coagulation, flocculation, decantation skid, followed on by a filtration skid. A skid used for preparing and for dispensing the pre-conditioning and disinfection reagents is incorporated. The washing equipment is installed on-board the skid. These skids are designed to fit into containers.

OPASCEP™ is ACS certified

ACS (Attestation de Conformité Sanitaire) is issued by the laboratories entrusted of carrying out the certifications for the Drinking water application according to the circulars issued by the French Health Department.

National and international regulations have been established based on World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations to prevent the presence of undesirable microorganisms and chemicals in drinking water. Veolia considers the health of its customers to be an absolute priority and deploys the technologies necessary to produce and distribute water that meets those quality standards.
